As a supplier of fine hardwoods, Begley Lumber features a state-of-the-art band sawmill. We provide band sawn Red Oak, White Oak, Poplar, Ash, Hard Maple, Soft Maple, Cherry, Walnut, Basswood and Hickory. Our facilities offer hardwood production of 65 million board feet of lumber per year.
Along with 750,000 board feet of kiln drying capacity, Begley Lumber has an on-site dry storage capacity of over 2.5 million board feet. We offer the purchaser the quality, kiln-dried hardwoods associated with prime Appalachian Hardwood timber base.
Our lumber is available in 4/4 to 16/4 thicknesses. Our London, Kentucky location offers lumber cut using a state of the art band sawmill with an optimized edger. In addition, for those requiring it, we offer surfacing of all our hardwood lumber.
